Hotel De Lanzi, Florence

The hotel offers an amazing view of the top of the Duomo and all other monuments and museums. The rooms are comfortable, and overall, bringing food and beverages to the room is allowed. The service is friendly, and there is a great recommendation for the restaurant. The location is awesome, right behind the Duomo, with everything within easy walking distance. The dining experience could be a little better, with potential for improvement in the food variety. The facilities are well-kept and convenient for guests.

I couldn't have asked for a better spot in Florence! The hotel is located at Piazza della Republica, right in the center, on the 3rd floor with an excellent view. The rooms are small and basic but clean, with a comfy bed and a nice hot shower. The safe in the wardrobe was a plus, although the lack of a view from our window (room 102) didn't bother us. It did get a bit too hot at night, even with the window open, but the modern bathroom was a nice touch.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel DeLanzi. The rooms were clean and good for a short stay with all the necessary facilities, and the location in the centre of Florence was perfect, offering a great view and being very quiet. The effective air conditioning kept the rooms cool even during the hot days, and the value for money was excellent. However, the dining options were limited but still above average, and the service, especially from Ignacio, was amazing. The hotel is very close to the main attractions which made getting around easy.
